Rowing is one of the few sports that, without involving weight lifting, works with all major muscle groups, including quads, biceps, triceps, lats, glutes, and abdominal muscles. Rowing improves muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that can help you gain flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in your legs, abs, arms, hips, and back. It emphasizes alignment of the spine and pelvis, breathing, and the development of a strong trunk, and improves coordination and balance.

Zumba is a fitness program that includes elements of dance and aerobics. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, and martial arts. Also includes squats and lunges. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training.

In Yoga, as in life, it is about finding the happiness and serenity of the moment. Everyone can practice yoga. Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility – we can all benefit from yoga as long as we maintain “mental flexibility” and patience. Yoga classes balance your day.

Aquagym is performing aerobic exercises in shallow water, such as in a swimming pool. Usually carried out upright and without swimming, with water reaching to the waist or deeper, it is a type of resistance training. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise in which participants are immersed in water. The classes aim at aerobic resistance, resistance training and creating a pleasant atmosphere with music.

Aqua Zumba® combines the philosophy of Zumba® with the resistance that water offers, for a water party that no one can miss. During an Aqua Zumba® class there is less impact on the joints. Water generates natural resistance, so each step demands more of you and helps you tone your muscles.
